Preliminary work began with a topographical survey of the entire parcel, adjacent properties, and the right-of-way of Park Crest Drive.  The completed survey included existing ground contours, existing utilities and existing entrances.

The work continued with site analysis and due diligence, studying the site for determination of best entrance locations, existing utilities and points for utility connections, and determining local project requirements and regulations.  A preliminary site design was prepared, in accordance with plans provided by a local architect, and Willett, Hofmann & Associates engineers coordinated review and approval by the City of Freeport and the Freeport Water & Sewer Commission.

The final construction plans included typical construction details, general notes, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, erosion control plan, site layout plan, grading plan and utility plan.

Construction was completed in 2006, and today the Drs. Weldele practice in a state-of-the art new facility.
