The owners of Elite Design Team wished to build a new structure to enable them to expand the services available to their clients.  Choosing a 1.10 acre site of vacant land in Freeport, Elite selected a 5,025 sq.ft. building where they could offer full hair salon services, nail work, and massage rooms. 

Willett, Hofmann & Associates performed the topographic survey, then did the site design, including the road entrance and a parking lot for over 60 spaces.  WHA  also designed the grading and drainage plan and utility plan. 

WHA applied for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency permits and submitted the Notice of Intent to Construct (NOI) permit, and designed the erosion control plan.

WHA also did the construction layout for the contractor, and was available throughout the project to answer questions.
