WORK EXPERIENCE
Corey is the Manager of our Rockford
Office and has sixteen years of experience in the planning,
design and construction observation of water supply, storage
and distribution systems, sewerage collection, pumping and
treatment systems and transportation projects.
Corey is experienced in the preparation of
reports, grant and loan applications, cost estimates, project
plans and specifications and IEPA, IDNR, FAA and IDOT permit
applications. Coreys grant application and administration
experience includes several Department of Commerce and Community
Affairs Community Development Assistance Program grants as well
as Economic Development Administration grants through the
Federal Government. He has also worked with MFT funds.

WATER WORKS
Village of
Thomson, Infrastructure Improvements
Corey was responsible for the design,
project administration and construction observation including
coordination with IDOT, IDOC, CDB, FAA and IEPA for a 750,000
gallon elevated water storage tank. The project included a
foundation on augured concrete piles, 1.1 miles of 16 and 8
diameter water mains, drilling and developing a 1,283 foot deep
well, a 1,000 gallon per minute turbine type well pump and well
building.

Mt. Morris, Water Main Extension
Corey was responsible for the design and
project administration for a new fire pump station for Quebecor
Printing and 1.2 miles of 16 and 12 diameter water mains.
This project included a Community Development Assistance Program
Economic Development Grant administered by the Department of
Commerce and Community Affairs.

Corey was the engineer overseeing the
preparation of drainage area calculations and the design of
storm sewers.

design, permitting and easement preparation of the extension of

112 of 8 dia. sanitary sewer, 7,580 of 20 dia. forcemain and
all related appurtenances.

Resident Engineer responsible for
construction observation for 21,762 lineal feet of 8 through
36 diameter sanitary sewer, 9,317 lineal feet of 12 forcemain,
2 submersible lift stations rated for 750 gpm and 1,000 gpm, and
the rehabilitation of the existing domestic lift station at the
WWTP.

Corey was the resident engineer
responsible for construction observation, concrete testing and
coordination for a new four-lane concrete highway with concrete
medians and signalization.

As the resident engineer, Corey was
responsible for the observation of construction of new turn
lanes, traffic control devices and surface restoration of a
major intersection in Northwestern Illinois.

Corey was the project manager responsible
for preparation, submittal and administration of an Economic
Development Administration Grant which was awarded to improve
Fourth Street to an 80,000 pound traffic load road.
