Bob is Chief Environmental Engineer at
Willett, Hofmann & Associates, Inc., with twenty years of
experience in the planning, design and implementation of water
and wastewater distribution system extension projects, and the
modification and improvements for water and wastewater treatment
plant processes as well as other related projects in the
environmental arena.

Village of
Thomson, Sewerage and WWTP Improvements
Responsible for design, project
administration and construction observation including project
coordination for the Village’s new 0.80 MGD Wastewater Treatment
Plant Facility and connecting main street pumping station.

Responsible for design and project
administration of the project involving the design of
approximately 23,200 L.F. of 8” through 24” diameter sanitary
sewer along the Plum Creek drainage way and Lowell Park Road to
provide sewer service to new subdivisions north of the City of
Dixon.

Dixon, Water Works Improvements
Responsible for the design, project
administration and construction management of the construction
of a new 1,500 gpm, 1,800 ft. deep well, 300,000 gallon elevated
water storage tank, well pump building, two 750 gpm booster pump
stations, SCADA controls and new radio telemetry equipment for
the entire City waterworks system.

Bob was responsible for the design,
project administration and construction management. Project
involved the construction of two 12,500 gallon hydropneumatic
tanks with building, two 750 gpm booster pump stations, SCADA
controls and new radio telemetry equipment for the expanded
waterworks system.

As project manager, Bob was responsible
for the design, project administration, IEPA loan
administration, and construction management. Project involved
the replacement of two concrete reservoirs with one new 1.25 MG
concrete reservoir with a pump building, three stall garage and
associated piping.

involved the constriction of a multi-port diffuser extending
