Employment Opportunities: 


Our Dixon, Illinois office is seeking a full-time Office/Field Survey Technician. This Survey Technician will prepare plats and process survey data under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor. Must be a good communicator and must work efficiently to complete work on schedule.

 Position Duties:

  Prepare boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, subdivision plats, and right of way plats
Download and cleanup survey data
Calculations for construction staking
Courthouse research
Work on a survey crew when needed
Operate survey equipment (GPS, robotic total stations, levels)

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2-year degree in Survey Technology or comparable
General Knowledge of survey and engineering practices, plan reading
Knowledge of Microstation a plus
lid Driver’s License
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
Travel Possible
