Architectural Engineer

We are seeking an architectural engineer with 10+ years of experience to work in our Cedar Rapids, IA office.  This full-time position requires a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a Professional Architectural License. This position will be responsible for the development of design concepts, communication with clients as well as the technical and production aspects of projects from project inception through project completion. Ensures a high level of quality of the architectural staff. Prepares professional services agreements and manages, reviews, and coordinates work for multiple projects within the Department. Provides leadership through skills in professional practice, establishment of design standards, business development, staff development, project design/delivery and client relations. Candidate must have the ability and desire to effectively communicate with clients and agencies in meetings as well as all other methods of communication. The candidate will be responsible for managing simultaneous tasks and duties and adding value to a fast paced, growing company. The candidate will be creative and proactive in all project tasks.
