Phase I, II & III Services

Willett, Hofmann & Associates, Inc. designed a 5-block area in downtown Dixon. Improvements and upgrades were made to streets, sidewalks, drainage facilities, watermains and water services. Parking was increased in certain areas and parking lots were re-graded to better facilitate ADA parking. The reconstruction also included adding landscaping enhancements. Street grades and turning radii were improved, sidewalks were reconstructed to meet ADA requirements, and retaining walls were removed and replaced for safety and aesthetics. Where practical, all business entrances were upgraded to meet ADA compliance and the Commerce Towers entrance had a pull off/ drop off area added.
