Phase I, II, & III Services

Willett, Hofmann & Associates, Inc. provided phase I, II, & III engineering services for the three span (53’-6”: 67’-0: 53’-6”) steel girder structure on semi-integral pile bent abutments and approach roadway work thereto.  The project was constructed under full roadway closure and consisted of two fixed reinforced concrete piers utilizing temporary sheet piling during construction to protect the railroad, bituminous coated aggregate slope walls and pile bent abutments.  The structure incorporated decorative concrete on the inside face of the parapets along with a chain link fence above the concrete parapet to protect the railroad below.
